The product is a personal health record and market-study client. It is not a medical device, not a substitute for a clinician, and not for diagnosis, treatment, or emergency use. Readings in early versions may include demonstration values until live device connections are cleared.

You must provide a real email (verified by code) and a mobile number you control. You must not impersonate another person or attempt to access another chart.

Nordic Topothea may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time. The service is provided as-is during this study period.
