Privacy Policy

Nordic Topothea (“we”) publishes S U L E at https://thesule.com. This policy applies to the S U L E Client personal health record.

Data we collect. Account email, mobile number, display name, and the health information you add or that your devices send while you use the product (vitals, medications, records, family links, alerts, messages). We also store consent timestamps and a technical access log.

Why. Email identifies the account and is verified with a one-time code. The phone number is the contact channel for this account. Chart data is stored so the HUD and care team features work. We do not sell this data.

Where. Data is stored in an encrypted Postgres database operated for Nordic Topothea. Access is scoped to your signed-in account on the server. This product is not a certified medical device and is not offered as clinical care.

Retention and deletion. We keep your account while it is active. You can delete the account and associated chart from Settings, or request deletion at https://thesule.com/delete or privacy@thesule.com.
